"The Strength in Knowing" by Alan Appt is an innovative and inspirational self-realization/help book which is based on his hindsight into his own personal life experiences. This refreshingly new take on all of the things that we allow to emotionally and intellectually plague us shows readers how to utilize their negative experiences to ...discover what is true. It helps readers discern what we want the most and then illustrates steps that can make those things a reality. The author shows us that fulfillment is not impossible to achieve and that happiness is not some unattainable goal as long as we do not stand in our own way, or allow others to do so.
This book was one amazing read! It holds the potential to be the remedy to all of the negative feelings that have been piling up inside the reader due to the stresses of daily life that we all occasionally succumb to. Every one who has had moments in their lives where everything just seems to go awry can find solace in Alan Appt's book. The fact that maybe it was my own actions and reaction to emotions that were causing all the negativity in my life was an eye opener. Appt has renewed my faith in the universe’s potential (as well as my own) and opened my eyes to many of the things that I have been too preoccupied to see for quite some time. It is a very thought provoking, very intellectually stimulating, and very emotionally moving book.
